about the office
A small office where reading comes first.
Prospect Willow is a connector office. We make introductions only when something we have read or watched about your work makes us think of someone you should know. The observation comes first; the introduction is the consequence.
The office is run by Joe Parker. The same person who reads what you publish, drafts the introduction, signs it, and shows up on the booking call. There is no team behind the email. Attention does not scale, and we would rather not pretend it does.
There is no fee for receiving an introduction. The practitioner on the other side pays the office only when the introduction turns into a working relationship. So we are paid to notice carefully, never to introduce often.
This page exists in case you would like to verify the email you received. The brand is real. The reading is real. The signature at the bottom of the message belongs to a person who is reachable on a calendar.
what this office does not do
- Maintain lists. We follow specific people in the course of our own work.
- Run sequences. There is at most one short follow-up to your inbox.
- Blast. Each email is composed for one recipient and would not make sense to anyone else.
- Represent practitioners whose work we have not read closely.
